ISTRIA BOOKER is a local travel agency owned by ISTRIA BOOKER d.o.o.
We specialize in renting high-quality holiday villas with pools. All displayed accommodation units are personally verified by the agency and our agents. We personally inspect each villa, the photos are owned by us, and we provide our guests with accurate information about the villas and their locations. The villas are contracted with Istria Booker agency, and each villa has a permit from the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia.
We work directly with villa owners to ensure our clients receive the best value for their holiday and a secure service.

Terms of Use – Rules and Instructions for Booking Through Our Website
After you have selected a villa for your vacation, you will be able to choose only available dates and the length of your stay in the reservation calendar of the desired accommodation unit, and your selected available period will be marked in green. Check your information input, and click “Book”.
First step – check your entry on the calendar, and click on the “CONTINUE” option.
Second step – Fill out the provided form with your personal information, number of adults, children, and pets. If you have children under 2 years old, considered as infants, a crib and high chair will be available at the property. Please indicate this information to the agency so that they can ensure the owner prepares additional baby equipment for your arrival at the property.
Each pet-friendly property has a designation at the top of each property profile. The amount of the pet fee depends on the individual villa and may range from 0-150 euros per pet per week.
In this section, you can also leave a special request or ask an additional question. The agency is available 24/7.
Third step – Review your reservation and select your preferred method of payment.
To secure your desired reservation, you need to choose a payment method for the advance payment between credit card or bank transfer, and pay a 30% deposit.
The 30% advance reservation deposit is non-refundable. You must make the advance payment as soon as possible. If we do not receive the advance payment within 3 days, we will contact you, and the reservation may be canceled.
After confirming the reservation and paying the deposit, Istria Booker d.o.o. will send you all the necessary information and a reservation confirmation to the email address provided in the form.
Security deposit – upon arrival at the property address, it is necessary to pay a security deposit in cash upon arrival as a deposit in case of property damage, and it will be returned in full upon departure if there is no damage.
The remaining 70% can be paid by credit card using the same details as the advance payment, by bank transfer, or in cash on the day of arrival. (Payment of the remaining 70% in cash may not be possible for all properties.)
Please note: if you make the payment by credit card, your reservation will be immediately secured, and you will receive confirmation on the website and a voucher via email with details about the reserved property.
If you have chosen bank transfer for the payment of the remaining deposit, you will receive an email with all the details and instructions on how to proceed. To complete and finalize your reservation, you must strictly follow all the instructions provided in the email.
Payment by bank transfer may not be possible if your arrival date is within 30 days or earlier.
Upon receipt of payment via bank transfer (we receive bank transfer payments within a maximum of 3 working days), your reservation will be immediately secured, and you will receive confirmation via email with all the details about the reserved property.
